On the first floor of the Brown tower lives Brown's Resident Associates (RAs) Kevin MacKenzie and Cory Rogge. Along with Kevin and Cory's apartment, the first floor boasts an entertainment system that includes a big-screen TV and a Bose sound system, a ping-pong table, and two pool tables.

There are also vending machines and a new fitness room featuring an elliptical machine, a bike machine, free weights, a Smith machine, and a TV.
